833 Monroe Going strong
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is the best. It’s amazingly clean and my neighbors are the best. Rent stabilize is a major plus
Cons:
Elevator kind of breaks often. Driers tend to fall short in heat.
Advice to owner:
Fix the driers! Def wasting money on them.

Amazing Brooklyn Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love that it has a gym, rooftop, bike room, very spacious
Cons:
Sometimes the gym can get crowded, not enough machines, or equipment breaks or goes missing.

Would live there again ~
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities are incredible, doorman system and mail were taken care of. Its right next to the train line, plenty of grocery options and food nearby.
Cons:
Being on the ground level, occasionally noise from the street due to loud people but only on weekends.
Advice to owner:
No advice, upkeep was great.

nice but noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amenities, responsive super, great rooftop.
Cons:
This apartment complex is too loud. parts of the building are adjacent to a church with an extremely loud after school and summer program. You can hear children playing instruments and listening to music constantly. Neighbors are also quite noisy.

Nice building but walls are paper thin
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop, free gym, game room, good space
Cons:
Walls are made of cardboard. I could hear full conversations from my bedroom. Even worse if music.

Decent Living Space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had a solid gym and great amenities. The two-building setup is a little weird, they advertise having a doorman but that's only for 1024 Gates. Apartments were TINY for the price, but hey that's NYC. Area around isn't great but it is right next to the stop.
Cons:
Management was useless and constantly replacing people. The day we moved in, the prior tenant's stuff was still inside, resulting in us having to pay an extra half day for the movers to wait until the staff cleaned it out and painted. Very disorganized.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building because it won't last long with current upkeep.
