How bad is the pest issue in this building?

it was very bad when i lived there 4 years ago. the building super had an abandoned suv in the parking lot and it was rat nest. after they towed it there was mice all over the building. hopefully they fixed the problem. the building super was so lazy, takes him a very long time to fix any issues.

How long did you end up living there?

I actually lived there for 6 years. I left once the building deteriorated too much and I started to see a couple of roaches.

Great staff, but a few infrastructur eissues

Pros

The staff is great, the gym, while missing a few essentials, is nice to have. The appliances are all lovely.

Cons

The main doors don't do a great job of blocking out sound, so it doesnt feel very private. Lot's of mice.
