What amenities are included? Is there amenities fee?

Co-Working Space. Half basketball court. Gym. Speakeasy with pool table. Outdoor Area with grills and hammocks. BUT you have to reserve these rooms for a non-refundable fee. And pay the monthly $75/per person fee. That's if you are able to get ahold of management to add it to your account. I lived there for 2.5 years and asked them monthly to add me, but they didn't. Sometimes I was able to get into the amenities and other times they kicked me out. Not worth the $$
