Only one REAL issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Alex the super is great, the neighbros here watch my car like it's their own. I've left the windows down in my Cadillac to come down to see that the neighbors taped the windows off so the seats didn't get wet bc it was supposed to rain. not a single thing was touched in my car. and this is the norm here. neighborhood is great, which is why i've refused to move.
Cons:
The roof has been leaking in this building for years - in spite of numerous repairs and complaints, the mgmt always seems to dispatch sketchy roof contractors that never actually fix the problem. For five years we've had maintenance have to come in and patch and repair a section of wall and ceiling that pops a leak. Alex the super is awesome, hard working guy. but the mgmt clearly does not want to pay for the repairs.
Advice to owner:
