Bran new building in the heart of Brooklyn
Pros
I was one of the first residents in this complex. The amenities include incoming mail, a parking lot, rooftop, elevator, dishwasher, in-unit laundry plus everything is up to date.
Cons
The apartment building is in a very bad neighborhood, three people have been murdered on our block since we lived there. I have also had packages stolen from thugs in the community.
Advice to the owners
Please add a package room. Also add lounge chairs on the roof for the tenants.
