Beautiful modern building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building’s ambiance is very modern and minimalistic. The apartments are beautiful and photogenic. Lots of natural light in the apartments as well!
Cons:
The building management is not very responsive when things need to be fixed. High tenant turnover rate and the quality of materials used in the apartments is poor.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants and maintain upkeep of the building aside from the weekly cleaning!

Great apartment and landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building and apartments. Everything is new and neat. Definitely a gem. The landlord company is very responsive and fixed all of our problems (a leaky faucet and a broken fridge) really quickly. Close to Prospect Park and good grocery stores + transportation
Cons:
The neighbors are loud and the neighborhood got dangerous during the pandemic (citizen app would go off everyday with shootings, disturbances, etc)
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Inspect apartment and document everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a nice area and is kept in good shape. Landlord is responsive about repairs
Cons:
The landlord failed to return inquiries about security deposit. After two weeks, still no itemized list of deductions or deposit. Make sure to inspect apartment before signing lease and document everything.
