Great experience and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has great amenities like washer/dryer in unit, central AC, elevator, dishwasher, and the shared rooftop is awesome. There is also a parking garage in building which has been super convenient. The noise level from the street and other neighbors is pretty low. You can only really hear neighbors if they are blasting music. The location is also amazing! 5 min walk from the Bedford stop and close to all bars/nightlife in Williamsburg.
Cons:
The bedrooms are too small and overall we found it to be too expensive for the amount of space you are getting. It's similarly priced to other luxury apts in the area though. There is no package room as well so theft can easily happen.

Great apartment! 2 year tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space, very clean. Amazing location with great roof and luxury things like in unit WD, refuse room, and dishwasher.
Cons:
Price raised drastically year to year. Advertised that there is a gym but in reality just a very small room with relatively no materials. No doorman so some package theft
Advice to owner:
Expand the gym and make sure door is always locked

Nice building in prime Williamsburg and L stop
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location for prime Williamsburg and the L train. Rooftop is great and elevator is nice. The super and workers really take care of making sure trash it taken out and that the building is clean. Whenever putting in a management request, usually gets fixed within a day or two
Cons:
Apartments/rooms are small for what you’re paying. Depending on what side of the building you’re on, either it’s loud from Metropolitan Ave or across the street from a middle school playground where the kids are screaming and super loud. I had problems with the management company and finances when I had a Covid deal. Had to fight them on multiple occasions for imbalances on what I did and didn’t owe and they were never direct about it. It was hard to contact someone and get some answers. I also had really loud and obnoxious neighbors who constantly threw parities in the middle of peak Covid. My room was vibrating from how loud they were blasting music and walls are paper thin and can hear them talking all the time. Also no utilities are included, including water
Advice to owner:
Great super

Great building, friendly neighbors, some problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, great amenities, responsive management. Love the apartment.
Cons:
We've had some security issues like packages being stolen or unidentified people coming in and damaging our door. On the North 4th side of the building, it does get loud with the school across the street.
Advice to owner:
Nothing at the moment.

Great location that comes with some cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is perfect.
Cons:
Bedrooms are too small, walls between apartments are paper thin, lots of noise around this building from various sources (ambulances, nearby event space, rooftop parties, etc).

Don’t live here if you like to receive packages
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well designed High end fixtures and finishes Great sound insulation, never hear neighbors Central HVAC is nice and efficient
Cons:
Not the best management company, but not the worst. Lots of room for improvement CONSTANT, daily package theft from lobby and doorsteps. Sometimes multiple times a day. Homeless men have been found sleeping in fire stairwells Management has been unresponsive, unhelpful and very hands off. Took months to get them to agree to change lock codes. It’s no longer viable to get deliveries as a tenant here, it’s just not feasible for tenants to stand guard in lobby to deter package thieves
There is no natural gas for heat, cooking, hot water Tenants pay to operate their own individual hot water heater, and since it’s electric it is very expensive to operate
Advice to owner:
The thefts are totally out of control. So many solutions have been proposed by tenants, and it seems you’re totally uninterested in helping.
