Beautiful view some apartments have two bathrooms

The building is poorly maintained. The tenants are rude. Repairs are barely made. There are a lot of roaches and pest. The walls are very flimsy management is inconsistent. They're always quitting or getting fired. The ledgers are never balanced. Corporate is always missing payments from the city that they're receiving and saying they haven't received a attendance ledger is never accurate unless there's an audit.
Advice to the owners
Stop stealing from the clients, especially since majority of your tenants or domestic violence victims
