My two years here at The Nevins (2020-summer 2022)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location and fast elevators
Cons:
Neighborhood is not the safest (homeless wandering around), in unit washer has strong sewage odor coming out from it once in a while (management even sent email to the whole building about it, but the solution provided in it did not help to resolve the smell issue), bugs like spider beetles could be found, you could hear subway track sound and vibration every time it passes underneath the building.
Advice to owner:
Super’s professionalism and attitude need to improve
