Disorganized, incompetent management. Very delayed security deposit return.

Staff is amazing.
Cons:
Building management is a mess, take forever to get back to you on anything, and the building has consistent issues with elevators breaking. We moved out a month ago and still have not received our security deposit or any status update despite constant emails. Beware.
