Pros:
Loved living here for 3 years, my apartment on the 6th floor was quiet. No issues with central heating/AC. Clean hallways and lobby. Great rooftop thanks to awesome neighbors who furnished it! Modern interior and in-unit laundry. I though the neighborhood was great, close to Apo Cafe, restaurant next door, Win Son, East Williamsburg bars, grocery store on Montrose, Dun Well Doughnuts, Grand St, L train; short bike ride to Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bushwick.
Cons:
Had issues with the water in the winter, sometimes it wouldn’t get hot, just lukewarm. Had a few packages stolen from the lobby during my time there. Garbage management was OK, however someone kept leaving *literally* hundreds of open Pokémon card wrappers on the floor all around the garbage area in the basement garage.
Advice to owner:
Continue providing speedy assistance when requested!

Very clean building, laundry in most units, cool roof, not noisy.
Cons:
No amenities, neighborhood isn’t the best

Pros:
New building with all new facilities, and a fairly responsive super
Cons:
The terrace, although with a nice view, was bare. We were told to expect a fully set up grass lawn on the terrace, but that never happened through our stay.
Advice to owner:
I think the rent is a bit steep, considering the building facilities like the bike room, terrace, etc. are still in a bare state. Please improve the facilities soon.

Owner is responsive, building is generally clean also it is closed to few grocers that i like.
Cons:
Repairs take slightly longer than I am used to.

New building, bad management

Pros:
New appliances, good rooftop view, 2 bedroom apt have equal sized bedrooms
Cons:
Management of the building is very bad and difficult to work with. I had my bicycle stolen from the bike room and had to fight with the management just to see the video of when it was exactly taken. Additionally, the management over promised on what they actually delivered, like furniture for the rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Owner of the building should get new management.
