Prejudice/Racist neighbors/ management

Pros:
Location, good magnet school, good transit near by, many grocery markets, 4 rent stabilized units within .
Cons:
Unresponsive management, no care for others safety- residing here for 3/4 months. no care for others peaceful and quiet environment. Experienced multiple threatening behaviors from the tenants next door to me and from the tenant above me, in which are ALL FAMILY ! since moved-in the individuals have been very unwelcoming by displaying these threatening actions of smudging feces on my door mat twice, throwing trash at my door, taking trash from the garbage disposal room and putting at my door, the daughter that resides above me, passed by and spat at my door- all this, plus more are behaviors that have been recorded with my ring camera. these are the threatening actions of prejudice, racist and bias tenants management had the audacity to defend and label as "a misunderstanding". Management(women) had the audacity to joke around of my safety when I spoke out my concerns of these attacks by saying "perhaps the old guy is in love with me" and that 'they too pay rent, what can i do?" As a young single women with two kids, being attacked for absolutely no reason, is NOW being advised by management its ok to be harassed ! Currently, Management has disregarded all my concerns and violated my human rights along with their tenants.
Advice to owner:
stop discriminating / being prejudice
