Complaining about Shinda management. At 560 Winthrop st. Brooklun Ny 11203.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean. Ya neighbors don't bother you. It's in a nice place brooklyn ny. We have a laundromat in the building. Which is convenient for us tenants.
Cons:
The case managers never help you with your immediate needs. I won a housing court issue. And i still have rent debt. Even though Shinda management is ditectly the reason behind my rent debt. What should have happened my rent debt should of been cleared. I was buring incense with my window open. A neighbor complained about it. But the neighbor never would've been abled to complain about smelling incense. Had they had they window closed. I told them the only way they could've had a argument about me burning incense. If i would have been walking up and down the hallway burning incense. Which i did not do.
Advice to owner:
Hopefully they staff can be sanctioned for not doing the right thing.
