Acceptable prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is new, so pests are low to none and few to none have used it before you. Washer/dryer in the basement Open to rent negotiation
Cons:
If the managers went through with all the small things like installing my door answering system, providing easy access to door codes, hiring cleaners more often, decking out the roof, it would be worth its price. Also there’s an office for management in our basement. I’m not sure who is paying for the lighting and electric but I’m pretty sure it’s us tenets. Your bills will be higher than the surrounding neighborhood.
