Pros:
All inclusive, One bill, furnished, weekly cleaning, basic supplies included, decent amenities, nice w/d.
Cons:
Appliances in unit weren't fantastic. Took forever stove to get hot. Super thin walls between rooms. I could hear my neighbor whispering. Building management took forever to respond to issues. Major things were addressed pretty quickly.
Advice to owner:
Restocking supplies wasn't consistent . Also, virtually nothing was done about rather serious issues with other tenants. One guy was allowed to stumble around on drugs and drunk for months, dog was taken away by animal control, he would steal, get locked out and buzz other units at all hours of the night and multiple complaints were issued. Nothing was done. It was an unsafe situation which resulted in multiple good people transferring out of the building. Very disappointing.
