The windows do not open wide enough. No pool but not a big deal breaker

Clean modern and nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
All the doormen are very polite and helpful. The apartment features nice temperature controls and package management is great. Rooms are spacious and there aren't too much street noise. Building seems new and clean.
Cons:
Minor downsides (none of them are severe) - noise between next door units can be heard (I had a pretty loud neighbor) and the common areas aren't AC'd so it'll be pretty hot in the summer. The gym is pretty lacking (barely any equipments) and was a bit disappointing.
Advice to owner:
Not a big complaint but I think improvements to the gym would be great! Also maybe AC the common area.

Great building and front desk staff, terrible leasing office
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is wonderful, we love the amenities and the staff we interact with in the building
Cons:
The leasing office is really bad. They were difficult with out move in with slow responses (we followed up 4 times) and have been really difficult when resigning our lease not giving any concessions during Covid after they have other residents a break. Really rude and unwilling to work to tenants to find a mutually beneficial solution.
Advice to owner:
Be more accommodating during extenuating circumstances, especially to tenants who have great track records and treat building staff with respect.
