Unresponsive building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a nice neighborhood
Cons:
Building was not cleaned up after new construction when we moved in. Dust, debris everywhere and they didn't bother to install mirrors in our bathrooms. They completely stopped responding to our maintenance requests after a few months and blocked one of my leaseholders' numbers.

management unresponsive & doesn't care
Former Tenant
Pros:
well-located for my lifestyle, affordable with post-covid discount
Cons:
management is terrible and unresponsive. some neighbors are great and some are _terrible_ human beings. my bike got stolen from the basement (while locked!) and management has ignored me for months on getting the security camera footage.
Advice to owner:
start caring and responding to tenants. and kick out the terrible ones.

Do NOT Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
good location, central air and heating
Cons:
everything else fucking sucks, i promise you it's not worth it, no your experience will not be different, the manager is entirely unresponsive and the ceiling will cave in within a year
Advice to owner:
do anything else with your life
