Great area in general, has a lot of things in proximity
Cons:
Management can be slow at times regarding fixing things, but outside of that great place to live

Spacious soundproof and clean apartment

Pros:
The building is relatively new, absolutely no issues with pests. Soundproof between apartments, and not many maintenance issues throughout the year
Cons:
In a bit of a desolate area but that’s a personal choice. Not much directly around the apartment

Pros:
The super Erica is really great. She keeps the place clean and is always a text away. I barely hear my neighbors.
Cons:
There was a leak from hurricanes because they didn’t drain the balconies correctly but they apparently fixed it.
