You might get stuck with neighbors who have no issue smoking crack at all hours of the day and night. The smell will permeate your home, even when they are on the other side of the floor. Unfortunately, there’s a very limited amount of intervention that management is able to do as besides the smell, they have no proof. I’ve become an expert in meth smells unfortunately.

Cons:
Very noisy outside, cheap apartment materials (walls as thin as paper, cheap paint used, paint splatters on floors upon moving in, gaps between floorboards and walls)
