Nice building, needs a lot of work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities (Rooftop, Laundry, Gym, Game Room, Package Room)
Cons:
Smoke alarms are triggered by the slightest amount of smoke
Lots of flies and odd smells
Advice to owner:
Better water filtration, better cleaning staff

Very solid newly-renovated apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was decently responsive, no pest problems, nice having a rooftop social space and a gym in the basement
Cons:
The gym wasn’t great and the washing machines tended to break down once in a while

First rental in NY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer construction with gym and laundry in building. Daily cleaning staff. Locked front door. Big windows.
Cons:
Package deliveries are unreliable. Able to smell cigarette smoke from upstairs through bathroom vents. Can hear noise in hallways. Takes awhile for hot water.

Content with living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Looks nice. Has a gym and roof access. Close to the train station.
Cons:
Noisy. Feels like a college dorm. A target spot for thieves. Lost many packages here. The thieves can get into the package room.
Advice to owner:
Not much, they’re trying their best to fix the package problem but you can’t stop thieves from stealing. The apartments are too expensive for the size.

Lazy landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, close to the metro
Cons:
Managements are so lazy
Advice to owner:
Don’t be lazy.

Terrible Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is new and clean.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the building is not safe. If you've lived here long enough, the odds are you've been harassed or your packages have been stolen. To make matters worse, the building management - Bedford Enterprises does not care. They will tell you to "take it up to someone else". Also, do not move here, they do not provide any COVID safety measures.
Advice to owner:
Protect and serve the people living here.
