Building is good but management are awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Individual apartments are good, neighbors are lovely.
Cons:
Management are awful- unresponsive, uncommunicative, not spending money on necessary repairs or fixes to issues that require investment (e.g., hot water, elevator constantly breaks, cleaning in building is not frequent enough). Getting simple maintenance done can be an enormous hassle.

Resigned- Happy Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent windows and walls- very little sound gets through. Spacious units. Spacious patios. Beautiful kitchen & bathroom.
Cons:
Management/Landlords do the bare minimum. Dryer has never properly worked, and we've just had to accept it. Elevators have been broken numerous times. Stolen packages.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent. Need more security. Fix the dryers!!!
