Ultimately glad I moved

Pros:
Modern design, location, amenities like the rooftop/laundry/gym, the neighbors on my floor anyway were quiet and respectful, responsive super, clean common areas
Cons:
Management disorganization, plumbing issues, elevator got stuck, low quality of building (even though it was new something was always breaking), waited to last possible day legally to return my security deposit, generally it was just always something living here
Advice to owner:
Treat good tenants with kindness and respect.

We love the building and amenities!

Pros:
Great free gym, amazing Roof deck and has parking garage! We love our unit as it has two big balconies and lots of natural light. Been here for past 5 years. Steps from McCarran park, great quite block.
Cons:
Management sometimes takes long to reply, but we didn’t have any major issues, super is in the building every day. Small closets.
