WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inside the apartment is roomy and Spacious.
Cons:
The landlord is disrespectful and not helpful at all. The neighborhood is loud and there is no where to park on the street unless you pay for parking in the building lot which is expensive. The Building super didn’t speak English at all and could never help or fix what need to be broken and neighboring building supers had to be called to come fix things. However month’s would still go by with things still broken and falling apart. Which was very easy, just after a few months the apartment started to fall apart. Such as the tile lifting in the tub or the bathroom sink peeling and wood falling off. The central air would randomly leak underneath the unit which was not normal and was not supposed to happen and had to get fixed multiple times. Along with the fact that the neighbors inside the building are loud and Inconsiderate they smoke weed though it’s not allowed. Have loud parties all hours of the night and day and have a lot of Domestic abuse. And the cops have had to come to the building multiple times.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to your buildings keep them clean and Accommodate to your tenants.
