So-so building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally nice amenities (laundry in building! dishwasher! elevator!), rent-stabilized, and close to the subway.
Cons:
Packages often stolen. Management is slow to respond--we had reoccuring issues with cockroaches and our toilet leaking into the downstairs unit, and our electric bills were crazy high--but will resolve issue if you follow up enough. Walls are very thin which made life miserable living next to a loud neighbor.

Building is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Still a fairly new building and kept pretty clean, Elevator is convenient.
Cons:
Building management is not great. Have to pull teeth to get things fixed. They are also pretty disorganized when it comes to move-in details (this was my personal experience). Walls are EXTREMELY thin. Unless you’re lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, this will be an issue. Only two washing machines in the building, and shared areas could be nicer (some of furniture provided by other tenants).
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants.
