Nightmare of a New Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, but built poorly.
Cons:
Front door wouldn't work. Heat and AC were problematic. Maintenance never fixed any problems, despite countless calls and visits. No accountability from management. Lack of responsiveness and rude and incompetent office staff. Rent increased hundreds of dollars each year. Mold on windows that didn't seal properly. Halls and stairwell were usually dirty. Garbage and old furniture would pile up infront of the building. Washer and dryer in basement barely worked.
Advice to owner:
Manage your buildings better, stop screwing over tenants.
