Warning: Shady Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units themselves are pretty nice and bedroom sizes are big for NY
Cons:
This new development is in the middle of foreclosure, so many amenities promised were never completed and don't seem promising in the future. There is no clarity or transparency from anyone and all tenants are very confused. Some tenants have experienced maintenance issues that never get addressed. The management company is solely focused on income and not the people.
Advice to owner:
Get it together! Stop being shady with people's livelihoods.
