Beware — Poor Construction

Pros:
Apartments are esthetically nice and get a lot of natural light
Cons:
Poor construction leading the ceiling to leak every time it rains
Advice to owner:
Fix problems rather than trying to cover them up

Beware: Now owned by Greenbrook/Freestone and shoddy construction!

Pros:
Nice location, right next to Bedford/Nostrand G. Each apartment has storage. Neighbors are all nice!
Cons:
This building was not constructed well and it shows. There are various problems that should not be occurring in a building this new. Also, since it changed hands, the new owners (Greenbrook/Freestone) do not respond to maintenance complaints for weeks or months at times. We had no working oven for several months with no solution. Also, the garbage is not taken out frequently enough and the common areas are barely ever cleaned. The lower apartments often have mold/mildew conditions. Beware of this building.
