Great Staff, Challenging Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff. Location close to subway. Great neighbors
Cons:
Common spaces look tired (old looking carpets/peeling wallpaper, etc.). Management not helpful/responsive to tenant needs
Advice to owner:
More proactive engagement with tenants

Best Property in the Neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing staffs and maintenance crew. The management is very responsive, kind, and helpful.
Cons:
The amenity spaces are not well maintained. Furnitre and equipment are dirty. Everything else is a top notch!
Advice to owner:
I wish the public amenity spaces are better taken cared. Other than that, there's nothing else to complain.

Best place I’ve ever lived in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is incredible - friendly, charming, patient, and helpful. My apartment is quiet and was very clean when I moved in. Maintenance requests are taken care of extremely fast. And being right across from the park is a dream. Oh and the mail/package system is incredible! I don’t ever have to worry about my packages getting stolen.
Cons:
The kitchens were built a little strangely - the vent over the stove pushes air into a cupboard over the stove. And the microwave is in a lot cabinet. Overall, it’s not a problem - just a NYC apartment quirk, I think.

Solid doorman building near prospect park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, nice concierge staff, cool rooftop space, good amenities (eg, AC/heat and in-unit washer/dryer), and nice apt layouts.
Cons:
Maintenance staff doesn’t really fix issues thoroughly. No screens on windows that barely open. Kind of sterile. Dirty/Damaged parts of common areas.

Renting at 125
Former Tenant
Pros:
Concierge staff is nice Apartments are big Well equipped New construction
Cons:
Maintenance staff doesn’t know how to properly fix appliances Floors are trashed from previous tenants (cheap laminate) Walls are SUPER THIN. You can hear conversations of your neighbors. Super/building manager refused to wear his mask despite me asking several times Floors, walls, elevators all need to be cleaned in common areas
Advice to owner:
People want to live somewhere for longer than a year, but you make it so hard and unpleasant most move out. Stop nickel-and-diming people and start caring more about your residents.
