RUN AWAY !! shady and rude management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and Bike rack in the back.
Cons:
MOLD from leaking heat/AC unit. Also our apartment and many others were flooded because of their negligence (water heater exploded on the roof) and they made the aftermath hell for us. This was the second time it flooded too. They also don’t like to provide itemized list for why they want to take hundreds of dollars off the deposit.
Advice to owner:
Don’t deliver an apartment in dirty condition and then try to take hundreds of dollars off our deposit because of the state you delivered the apartment in. Be decent humans.
