mgmt is terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
great location, neighbors in the building are very nice
Cons:
the management company that runs this building is as shady as shady gets, be prepared to fight for literally everything. things that i had to get them to fix: no heat in winter for 2 weeks, the hvac Ac unit broke in july and they tried to tell me I was responsible, i could keep going. I didn’t have a super i could call I had to email them and they were super unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. just terrible.
Advice to owner:
If you want to own a building and make passive income do the job right. Treat people like human beings.
