Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is being cleaned twice a week
Cons:
The building is right in front of a supermarket and it gets incredibly noisy in the morning and during the day, because delivery trucks never turn their engines off. The management responds to 70% of emails only and it takes them forever to fix things if something breaks. Moving out because we're unhappy with the management. The bike racks are outside and there's no cover. They promised to fix the rooftop and put some furniture there - that never happened. One table taken from the backyard and two chairs are not enough for the whole building.
Advice to owner:
Change the management company (they're the reason you're losing tenants) finish the rooftop and make it nice like you promised. Put bike racks under a cover/roof
