The club across the street is ruining it

Pros:
Spacious and we'll designed apartments.
Cons:
Before the pandemic the location felt very crowded over the weekend. Now it's a bit empty, dirty and intimidating. Management can help keep things cleaner. There's no real doorman and the intercom system is bad, which contribute to the feeling of lack of security.
Advice to owner:
Make the rooftop better. Add heaters for the pandemic winter and shades for the summer. Have the doorman 24/7 so tenants will feel safer. Change the intercom to something modern that actually works.
