Floods, cold, expensive bills and destruction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location in bushwick overall. Neighbors are friendly. Generally the building is nice.
Cons:
Floods from the ceiling, from upstairs neighbors, from sump pump problems -everywhere! Freezing temperatures and expensive electric bills because of insulation and heating inefficiency. Garbage is messy because there really isn’t a super. Despite all the problems, owner still wants to raise rent

Pros:
Fenced yard, nice neighbors
