Happy I found this gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, apartments with balconies and high end finishes. Pet friendly. Accessible to many train lines and the LIRR. Close to great restaurants, bars, target, Sephora, Chelsea piers gym. Community/ residential atmosphere
Cons:
During Barclay event evenings, parking can be difficult and it’s a bit busy.
Advice to owner:
Have the super bleach the front side walk so smells less like dog pee, thanks to irresponsible dog owners

The apartment itself is good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, good soundproofing. Built in decor and light fixtures are very stylish (inside the unit as well))
Cons:
The street it's on always smells like piss. Also very windy all the time, even when the rest of the neighborhood isn't. No oven range in the kitchen, weirdly enough. Tiny gym.

Avoid this property management company all together
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Beautiful building and great location
Cons:
-Property management is shady and definitely won't return your deposit. I'm still waiting for my deposit after months -Red Apple Group owner is a prominent Trump and Proud Boy supporter

Great building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is clean and modern
Cons:
Walls aren’t too thick so you can hear a lot of hallway noise. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes well

Long and short is I would avoid this building, and all managed by red apple
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Great Location close to a lot of fun thig
Cons:
-disrespectful and unresponsive building management -no intercom system. Must walk downstairs to let in guests/deliveries -amenities like gym and roof not well maintained -prone to robberies
