Nice building with great amenities(for the most part) new appliances, nice location

Typical landlord treatment of painting over rather than seriously cleaning… Takes a 311 complaint to actually get a response or maintenance request Rent too high, laundry machines cost too much, amenities are not kept in consistent repair or upkeep, property managers overly focused on boujee neat minimal aesthetic and often is disrespectful to tenants about abiding by these unspoken unwritten rules. When applying they leased a unit to someone else without telling me despite having applied and sent a deposit to hold priority
