Comically negligent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, roof with nice views, and if you luck into the first floor apartment the yard is huuuuuuge. Hallways are regularly cleaned.
Cons:
The management company SUCKS. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of even during emergencies, such as the lower floor of the first floor duplex flooding (which happened multiple times in the few years we lived there). We discovered several problems that could only be attributed to a level of dgaf that was baffling: for example, a pipe in the 5th floor utility closet dripped so much that water damage appeared on the ceiling of the 1st floor hallway, due to simply a connection not being secured at all. Even after being told about this, they didn't do anything to fix it for a year. Similarly, when we first moved in when the building was brand new, the first showers we took drained directly into the floor below because they never connected the drainage pipe.
Advice to owner:
Stop skimping on basic improvements and maintenance to your property???
