Great and well-run building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is wonderful and the building is so clean even the garbage disposal room smells good. There's several excellent common areas. My favorite is the roof deck, full of greenery. It helped me keep my sanity through the early lock-down days. If anything breaks, the building manager helps right away.
Cons:
There's construction going on behind the building, and it starts early and can be noisy. It looks like it will be finished soon though.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice to have a shared work-space room in addition to the lounge.

Nice experience but high rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very cleanly. Maintenance will fix any concerns.
Cons:
Management can be condescending especially in emails.
Advice to owner:
Make property manager send you emails before he sends them to tenants.

The Clark is great in general.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Concierge services, bike and parking space available, rooftop with BBQs, dog park. Big studios and apartments. Cleanliness, modern.
Cons:
Dirty street and surroundings. Electricity and HVAC are paid to tenant company. Sounds from corridors gets easy into apartments. Many families with children.
