Zero management whatsoever
Former Tenant
Pros:
My private terrace
Cons:
Absolutely no accountability from management. Refuses to repair issues and is unresponsive for weeks.
Advice to owner:
A nice building doesn't make up for zero management.

Good Neighbors - Management the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues with elevator, gym is adequate. Storage in basement (additional $100/mo)
All communication with management is via email (great for record keeping)
Cons:
Management is so unresponsive. You never know who you’re emailing with as they seem to have a revolving door of staff.
I’ve had a leak in the ceiling that’s gotten progressively worse and my emails have been rarely answered
Repairs done to front doors after literally shopping carts of packages stolen have been so poor that The door won’t even open from the inside.
Advice to owner:
Answer the emails please!
