Nice new building but unreliable management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very comfortable apartment. Small but not unusual for NYC. Maintenance crew keep hallways very clean and trash area is always tidy. Neighbors are working people and very respectful, you can barely hear anything next door and rarely noise in the hall.
Cons:
You’re on an island by yourself. Negligent management company, no one answers the phone or returns your calls. No super presence, if something’s broken good luck.
Advice to owner:
When tenants have problems/concerns call them back and address the issues.
