Shocking and rude management.

Pros:
There in none. Nothing.
Cons:
Awful heat. Unclean. Dreadful, rude and unresponsive management firm. Bad security. Bad repair men.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management firm. Be more responsive. More regular and better cleaning.

Pros:
It was well maintained from what I saw, though there was a leak issue that was not fixed in a timely manner. I was not there for very long, as I left NYC due to a family matter. Coin laundry in building a plus.
Cons:
It was fine, a bit drafty.
