Great apartment to live in

Pros:
The desk attendants were great and management is really responsive! Great place to live and great amenities.
Cons:
Sometimes it can get noisy. If you live on the side of the building that faces Borinquen Place you can hear outside very clearly.
Advice to owner:
Better insulation with the windows

- good management and doormen - amazing gym and free coffee and water bottles, no amenity fee
Cons:
- next to highway which can get loud - ventilation is not great, can smell neighbors cooking

Pros:
The doormen are great, and the cleaning people keep up with the garbage room regularly. The free coffee and water in the break room is also a big plus, and obviously, the gym is bigger than most other buildings. It’s also pretty dog friendly (as long as owners pick up after their dogs on the turf’d areas). Good location.
Cons:
The appliances are some of the worst I’ve seen. Everything in our apartment from the stove to the AC units (monthly) to sinks to the dishwasher broke. The washer/dryers were always out, so in a building of maybe 300 people, you had to share 5 units. Half of the grills on the roof have literally never worked, and lots of the furniture fell apart. Luckily there are multiple entrances & elevators because even the elevators would go out and the door locks wouldn’t work for weeks. The building looks very nice in pics, but it’s built so poorly with the worst appliances.
Advice to owner:
Just update the appliances.

Overall a good time

Pros:
Doormen are awesome in this building. The common spaces are impeccably clean. Very well maintained
Cons:
Neighbors can be very loud in hallways, and with deep bass, you can hear your neighbors music. Neighbors also wouldn’t wear masks during the pandemic
Advice to owner:
Super should take into account times of service requests on the tenant portal.
