Great building and building staff, aloof management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Many of the apartments have great views of Livingstone and Boerum Place. Finishes are modern and nice. Bathroom water pressure is great. Trevor (superintendent) and the lobby attendants and porters are all great. Neighbors are nice, but you don't run into them much.
Cons:
The management company themselves could care less about you staying or going from the building.
Advice to owner:
Build loyalty and community in the building. I promise your tenants will reward you as they stay long term.

Clean, friendly building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone in the building staff was very friendly. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly. Windows block outside noise well. Close to a lot of different subway stops.
Cons:
Management can be hard to get a hold of. Immediate surrounding area not very pretty/ nice, but it is short walk to Boreum Hill and Cobble Hill.
Advice to owner:
None, good building.
