Great location, no big issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location and the building itself is pretty quiet! You do get some noise due to the restaurant next door, but it's nothing distracting.
Cons:
Laundry can sometimes be hit or miss (two washers/dryers for this building and the one next door)

Building is nice and management is too until you leave
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are nicely decorated with all new appliances and fixtures. Location is great, neighbors are nice, monthly pest contol
Cons:
They nickel and dime you out of your security deposit when you leave. We were charged for things neither of us have been charged for when leaving an apartment in NYC and we have been in the city for 6 years. Repainting? Every landlord does this after a tenant and we have never been charged. Chair removal for a chair that was there when we moved in and cleaning the fridge, which we did before we left and it was nearly spotless. Seems like they use the security deposit to finance routine maintenance after a tenant leaves vs for actual damages.
Advice to owner:
Don’t charge tenants for things you should be doing after they leave anyway.
