Pros:
Building is very clean and quiet. Management always has responded within 24hrs to any requests or issues, honestly within hours. Any issues such as the water needing to be turned off due to maintenance is always emailed to tenants to provide notice.
Cons:
None that I’ve experienced.
Advice to owner:
Maybe install a hand sanitizer at the entrances to the gym and great room.

Very cool building and management!

Pros:
Building is super clean, and has nice amenities. Feels like luxury living, at the same time apartments are on the big side which I feel is a hard match to find. Management is lovely to work with, and the landlord is really nice! Parking is great too!!
Cons:
Nothing I can think of.
