Lived here during 2020
Former Tenant
Pros:
Signed a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom during COVID for a good deal. Washer and dryers that use a keycard you can reload with money Very nice rooftop Multipurpose shared rooms for co-working or hanging out Mini gym that barely anyone used
Cons:
Once the COVID deal was up, it was really expensive to live here so we had to move.

Great building, Mild vibes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building so everything is super modern, rooftop has amazing views and lounge space, the gym and laundry in the basement is so convenient! Very quick responses from the landlord/super (we text a number and someone always responds. Never get a name of who were talking to though which is weird to me)
Cons:
The neighbors SUCK, this building definitely attracts a younger crowd. The walls are so thin you hear everything (also the walls are so thin you press your thumb hard enough and you can dent them)
