Terrible buildings to live in!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There isn’t anything positive about these buildings except they have laundry rooms(?)
Cons:
The plumbing, heating and water pressure is a problem. When it rains, the ceiling in the lobby pours water. So much so that jumbo garbage cans have to catch the water. In the winter, there isn’t much heat. When you need the management office to do something, they take forever. They have hired inexperienced people that have no idea what they’re doing!
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants as if they are people instead of rodents. We might as well be living in NYCHA, I think we would be treated better!
