This company builds and rents buildings in Greenpoint BK. They do not take care of the properties or provide services to the tenants. They do not maintain the building, the elevator hasn't passed inspection in a year and breaks down every month, they do not provide heat or a/c in the building. The Coned bills in the winter shoot up to over 200 because it is built so badly and they don't heat the building so you as a tenant are essentially heating the building. Very badly built and maintained buildings. They even have a limit on hot water use. The roof deck is also trashed with broken tiles
