Always being cleaned Great waste management Polite staff The apartment is really nice with good appliances The heat is gas powered & AC is electric — good for the bill and hard to find in NYC Great neighborhood with lots to do Different kinds of recycling in the basement

Cons

The concierge is 10-6, not 24 hours. Most people are also at work during those hours so it can be difficult to retrieve packages. There are some bizarre rules posted in the elevator The elevator that they use the trash for is starting to stink, please change the cloth hanging in there
