Love my home!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice, centrally located building. Management is responsive and super is amazing.
Cons:
The block is a bit busy, but that's just a part of living in the neighborhood. I, personally, like it.

I enjoyed my time there, but noisy.
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, so everything worked and the apartment was brand new when I moved.
Cons:
Some of the neighbors would be inconsiderate and they and guests would trash the building during weekend nights. The elevators in particular would get filthy. Units facing Fulton St would be noisy during Friday and Saturday nights. Units facing Herkimer would get a lot of the LIRR tracks noise.
