Great building with good amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was kept very clean and had great amentities. The superintendent was very responsive whenever I had an issue. Very quiet building.
Cons:
Property management company can be quite unresponsive and takes a bit of pestering to get a response via email (phone never works unless they call you).

absolutely terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
new building in unit w/d
Cons:
- terrible management that is incredibly unresponsive and deflects at every opportunity they get - appliances are new but don’t work well and good luck getting management to fix a broken w/d, dishwasher, oven, etc - emailed me MULTIPLE TIMES saying to pay rent when i had already submitted payment weeks before - extremely rude on the phone. does not answer any questions clearly and difficult to deal with - if the q ever goes down it will be down from the church ave stop through atlantic barclays. multiple weekends throughout the year where i couldn’t get anywhere - do NOT rent here. it is not worth it and rent is so much higher than it should be
